Q: If I order after picture day can I still choose a specialty background?
A: Yes, absolutely! Samples of the backgrounds are shown above.
Q: How do I reorder?
A: Detailed reorder instructions will be put in your portrait package but you can place your reorder
online by entering your school code and following the prompts.
Q: My child never got his/her portraits. What should I do?
A: Before contacting us, please check with your child's teacher. Portraits can often be located in the
classroom. If they do not have them, please EMAIL us with the following information:
1. Student name, school, grade
2. Payment information (please check with your bank to see that your payment was processed)
If payment wasn't processed, the order never made it to us and you will need to reorder.
